The two main parts are representative of the Cretan diet: starters and various meat dishes slow-cooked for hours in a wood oven. Of course, all herbs and spices used are locally sourced and our vegetables are organic.
Meat and fish/seafood are at the heart of our menu, usually coupled with intriguing ingredients such as truffle cream, avocado and soy sauce. All of the fish/seafood and meat is fresh and we use Cretan virgin olive oil.
